John Talucci

John Talucci (“JT”) lives his life by a rule learned in flight school, “What you push against, lifts you up.” JT has a successfully, entrepreneurial track record as the owner of Vision Pools Inc., a commercial swimming pool design & build firm, based in the Philadelphia area with national scope. JT’s visionary pool designs and concepts have been covered by the press, including Aqua Magazine and Houzz.com. JT possesses unique, specific skill set needed to construct and install the underwater room units, as well as a network of specialized contractors and engineers versed in specific tasks needed for their manufacturing and mooring. JT’s team is qualified and immediately available to build, deliver and install units globally.
JT, his wife and two children reside in the Philadelphia suburbs, where they live in the home that JT and his team built. JT practices what he preaches – his home features a rooftop pool with glass bottom that offers a view down into the living room.
Matthew Cantwell

Matthew Cantwell (“Matt”) operates and grows venture-staged and private equity owned businesses with an emphasis on global expansion. Matt has 20 years of experience advising and operating businesses with a global footprint. Matt has a MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and an undergraduate degree from Penn State’s Schreyer Honor College.

As President of GMH Capital Partners, Gary Holloway Jr., draws on 20 years of acquisition, property management, asset management, and commercial real estate experience to lead the second generation of the family business. Since its inception in 1985, the GMH family of companies has completed more than $7.9 billion of transactions throughout 41 states consisting of all major property types including multifamily, student housing, retail, office and industrial. GMH has owned and operated over 70,000 student, military, and conventional multifamily units as well as 5.5 million square feet of office and retail space. Through Mr. Holloway’s vision and leadership, GMH Capital Partners manages its current portfolio of real estate properties and assets while researching and investing in new niche-related multifamily housing opportunities both nationwide and abroad.
Mr. Holloway pursues many philanthropic interests. Currently, he serves as a Trustee for the Westtown School. He is Co-Clerk of the Advancement Committee and serves on the Athletic Advisory Council. He was previously chair of Westtown’s annual golf outing for 9 years. Mr. Holloway is currently a board member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) and is also a lifetime member of the J. Wood Platt Caddie Scholars program which benefits deserving caddies in their pursuit of higher education.
Mr. Holloway received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University in 2000.
STEPHEN BEHRLE JR.

Stephen Behrle, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of Development for GMH Capital Partners. Mr. Behrle is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new development opportunities for GMH. Additionally, Mr. Behrle is responsible for structuring debt and equity financing for property transactions and managing all phases of the development and construction process. Mr. Behrle brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his current role at GMH. Since joining GMH in 2000, Mr. Behrle has overseen the acquisition, financing, and development of over $800mm of residential and commercial properties.
Mr. Behrle received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University in 1997.
